When we care for the body with presence, calm the mind with breath, and listen to the soul with stillness - something within us begins to remember wholeness.
Our Treatments

Gentle yet powerful sessions to realign your physical and energetic bodies—supporting you in releasing, softening, and returning home to yourself.

Breathwork
Breath as a Gateway
The breath is our most intimate guide - always with us, always ready to lead us inward. It holds the power to shift our state, to awaken energy, and to bring us back into balance.
Through conscious breathing, we create space within ourselves. We invite energy to move freely, dissolving tension and reconnecting to our natural rhythm.
In our time together, we’ll explore a variety of breathwork techniques - each offering its own doorway into presence, clarity, and inner stillness. Through the breath, we return to what is true and alive in us.
Movement
Our approach to movement is simple: tense less, breathe less, think less.
It’s not about reaching the perfect posture - it’s about reconnecting with your body, with your breath, and with the energy that wants to move through you.
We explore movement as a way to soften, to open, and to flow. Through yoga and yin-inspired asanas, Qi Gong - like sequences, and free-form dance, we invite the body to move without force - fluid, grounded, and alive.
Rather than controlling or contracting, we allow. And in that allowing, we find stillness again - not as a goal, but as something that naturally arises when the body feels safe, free, and fully present.
Soundhealing
Sound Ceremony with Tibetan Singing Bowls
Guided by Tatyana - a musician with a refined ear, a deep sensitivity to sound structure, and a reverent connection to instruments - this ceremony is an invitation into deep presence through vibration and resonance.

As the singing bowls gently sound through the space, their overtones and harmonics create a rich sonic field that supports:
• physical relaxation
• mental slowing down
• emotional release
• energetic alignment

This is not just a sound bath - it’s a meditative journey where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the inner space opens. You are invited to lie down, listen, feel, and receive. The sound guides you into a state of deep rest, restoring balance and reconnecting you with the natural rhythm of life.
Biofield Tuning
Tuning Fork Sessions
A vibrational healing practice that supports physical and emotional well - being, helps shift life patterns and relationship dynamics, and restores balance within the system.

This work is rooted in deep sensitivity to the energy-information field - what some traditions call the biofield: a subtle energetic structure that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. Each tuning fork is calibrated to a specific frequency, allowing for precise, targeted adjustments that gently invite the system back into harmony.

The core intention of this practice is to increase the conductivity of your system. The higher your conductivity, the more:

  • Energized
  • Grounded
  • Resilient
you feel - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

When the energy field becomes stagnant or blocked, you may experience:
  • Physical tension
  • Fatigue or low energy
  • Feeling emotionally or mentally stuck
  • A sense that something isn’t moving -internally or externally

These patterns can impact your health, emotional clarity, decision - making, and the experiences you attract into your life.

Through sound and vibration, this practice offers a gentle yet powerful way to:
  • Restore movement where there is stagnation
  • Ground and center your system
  • Align your internal state
  • Deepen your connection with yourself
  • Support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
  • Reconnect with the natural flow of life energy

Each session is also supported by years of meditative practice, a grounded presence, and clear intention - creating a safe space for deep transformation.
Banya
Bathing Ceremony is not just a steam bath - it’s a deep sensory journey.

Guided by Anton, these bathing ceremonies invite you into a rich, multi-layered experience: shifting temperatures, sound explorations, aromatic infusions, and moments of stillness. The ceremony includes immersion in cold water - either in a plunge pool or a mountain river -and warming herbal teas that support integration and grounding.

The experience also includes unique bathing elements such as steam swings, a hot herbal cauldron for soaking, and a cozy hayloft where you can lie down and rest.

Every element of the process has been carefully gathered and refined by Anton over many years of studying traditional bathing practices from Slavic cultures and beyond. His sensitivity to people and their states creates a safe, attuned atmosphere - he knows when to add intensity, and when to ease.
Meditation
Meditation is the art of slowing down and turning inward. It’s a practice of stillness and presence, where we gently observe our thoughts, emotions, and breath - creating space to reconnect with our inner peace and clarity. Through meditation, we learn to listen deeply and return home to ourselves.
Rape Ceremony

A sacred ritual from Amazonian tradition, Rapé involves the gentle application of plant-based snuff to clear the mind, ground the body, and open space for healing. This powerful medicine supports emotional release, energetic cleansing, and deeper connection to self. Held in a respectful, meditative space, the ceremony invites presence, awareness, and transformation—a profound step for those seeking clarity and inner balance.
Ayahuasca Ceremony

In our space, we hold sacred Ayahuasca ceremonies with deep respect for the traditions from which this medicine comes. These are powerful journeys of healing, transformation, and remembrance -guided with care, presence, and integrity. The space is held with deep sensitivity, allowing each participant to meet their own process safely and gently.
Cacao Ceremony

A Space of Gentle Power and Heartfelt Presence

In our cacao ceremony, we connect with the spirit of cacao — an ancient and wise ally, known in Latin American traditions as a plant of power. Shamans have long worked with this spirit, inviting it as a guide into realms of healing, love, and awareness. While traditional ways of working with cacao are fading, more and more people around the world are intuitively reconnecting with its medicine and seeking personal relationship with it.
After the shared moment of drinking and honoring cacao, we move into free-form expression. Music begins to play, and each person follows their own rhythm: you may choose to dance, sit quietly, connect with others, or rest in solitude. Everything that unfolds is part of the ceremony.
Tea Ceremony

The Chinese tea ceremony is a meditative ritual of brewing and drinking tea, where a simple act becomes an art form. It’s not just a way to prepare a drink, but a path to presence, beauty, and inner balance.
During the ceremony, attention is given to every movement — how the water is poured, how the tea leaves unfold, how the cup is filled. Everything is done slowly and with reverence, both for the tea and for those present.
Kambo Ceremony

Kambo is an ancient ritual involving the secretion of an Amazonian frog. It's an intense cleansing on both physical and energetic levels that helps release blockages.
The process involves applying the secretion to small burns on the skin. Despite the discomfort, Kambo provides a sense of renewal, preparing the body and spirit for deep work with Ayahuasca.
