Set in the tranquil hills of Montenegro, Potok Retreat offers the perfect sanctuary for this journey. Surrounded by untouched nature and profound stillness, this sacred land creates the ideal environment to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow meaningful shifts to take place.
We begin with a restorative Banya Ceremony a three - hour ritual of heat, steam, cold water, and rest. This practice not only detoxifies the body but also calms the nervous system, preparing you for the week ahead. Cool off in the mountain river, soak in the hot tub, and let yourself fully surrender. For a deeper experience, private Banya treatments with Anton are available to book on-site.
Mornings start with pranayama, yoga, and meditation. These practices are designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and ease you into the day with intention and care. Afterward, we gather for a nourishing breakfast made with fruits, oats, and grounding foods to support your body.
Late mornings feature daily explorations that explore different themes like nervous system, movement, or presence. These sessions are a space for discovery and learning, helping you deepen your awareness and understanding of yourself.
The afternoons are yours to flow with your own rhythm. Whether you feel drawn to journaling, self - reflection, resting, or socializing with others, this time is a gift for connection and self - care. Snacks and tea will be available throughout the day to keep you nourished and supported.
In the evenings, we come together for dinner, followed by a sharing circle in the Maloka. This sacred space invites you to share your experiences, reconnect with the group, and reflect on the day. Some evenings may close with Yin Yoga or meditation, allowing your nervous system to fully settle into the stillness of the night.
Each day carries its own rhythm, but the pace is always soft and spacious - designed to meet you where you are and support whatever arises.
We lovingly encourage you to take a break from your phone during your stay. This is your time to unplug from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself - your body, your breath, your truth.
